Just got back from riding quads in the hills and I gotta tell ya, I was in heaven. This was truly Gods country, the Sierras this time of year are beautiful. We were just north of Yosemite riding over some rugged terain, huge rocks, and challenging hills.
That was until we ran out of trail! We were forced with a decision to either turn back and go the way we came (18 miles took about 4.5 hours) or jump on the freeway.
I can tell you guys that doing 60 mph down a HIGHWAY on a quad is freaking amazing. 12 miles of pucker factor 10 as trucks and cars passed by honking and giving us their best hand gestures. Anyway, glad to be back and I hope all is well with each of you! ;;D

Its good to have you back Jeff.
I've been charming, pleasant, gentle and kind all weekend.
Its damn near killed me.
Thank God the pondlife has floated to the top again so I've got something to pick on :P

Glad you had such a good time, now this friday when you don'thave the checks in time you have something nice to think about at least ;)

That reminds me how much I miss trailridein.....hoofin it version of travel I mite add. I did alot of 'trails to the end' inlcuding alot of steep hill climbing and even did some horsie rock climbing along cliffs and rivers on some steep grades. I went places no one else would EVER go on a horse......cootie express Pam

Is there a back friendly sport these days......I miss my dare devil days !!!!!!!
