Mel, She is not only a cutie , but she looks happy to be going back to school. Girls always loved going back--while boys were severely depressed.

Some close friends of ours just dropped their only daughter off at college for her first year as a freshman.

Leaving the car, she said something to the effect of:

"Thanks for raising me.  See you later."

Her parents were glad but sad to see her go.  I'm sure there will be a postscript in years to come and reconnections made, but still....

They're all still shorter than me LOL
I don't think its that Brid has grown so much as that Barney hasn't grown at all, he's certainly got my shrimp genes  ::)

I can't believe how old all our kids are getting!!  And how good looking they all are :)

Pat, it looks like she's always going to enjoy school.  That's a good thing!

Helen, the kids look fantastic!!  They got your good looks. ;)

Holy shit Ree, Breezy looks pissed!! [smiley=laugh.gif]  I hope she's in better spirits now. ;)

Pep, she looks very happy and oh so smart. 8)  I hope this year is wonderful for her! :D

And yeah, our kids are ARE getting older.  I feel like I'm in a coffee clutch or something, LOL! ;;D
