He cut down ~1/4 of my trees on my property because they blocked his view of the mountains. Some of those trees were growing before Washington became the 1st president. He also bulldosed part of my property to put in a driveway. He now is puting in a development of 27 high end homes on what is the last bit of untouched shoreline on the lake. (He has several million $ but wants more and will destroy the lake to do so.) Just a beating isn't good enough...Tie his nakedass to a tree in mid May and let the Adirondack Black Flies have at him for a week.....then beat the shit out of him. ;;D -P. |

(money his accountant says he has to spend). He decided to hydroseed his lawn and instead of grading the soil down so that the space under my fence was still there he packed the soil up against my 6 ft picket fence. Then he treated it with some potent chemicals and it ate the bottom of my fence. The same potent chemicals that he treated my driveway ties with and rotted them out. (((It cost us $6,000.00 to have the drive way rebuilt in May))) Then he has the gall to complain that my fence is falling over and then puts bolders in the post holes on his side so the fence hangs over my property. Which then pushes our fence further out of the post holes. He was afraid that it would fall on his kids... no way the way its set up the kids cant even get near it..... anyway are ya following me here...... NOW Mr Dispensable account says WHEN ARE YOU REPLACING THE FENCE...??? Well Dave said..... Ree's not doing daycare anymore and since you have the kids......YOU REPLACE THE FUCKEN FENCE......! The fence is now nailed to a tree so that its not sagging over my yard.... Fence killer!!!!! thankyou that felt good..... so I dont care if the fence rots, becomes ant infested etc.... We're done with the yard work for now.... ree |

It led to nearly a month of followups, PITA specialist visits, all kinds of really stupid procedures that had little effect other than create a mountain of paperwork and phone messages. Never again. She was admitted to hospital on Monday morning after having had a stroke the night before but not being discovered until the day shift found her. Once at the hospital it was revealed that she hadn't eaten or drank in over a week (which probably exacerbated the stroke) She is 84 years old and deserves better. I've just come home because I had to, but believe me, when I go back down to Margate on Monday heads are going to roll. |
