According to Yahoo! news, the DNA evidence in the JonBenet Ramsey murder does NOT match that of John Karr, therefore he won't be charged with ANYTHING!

I think he should be charged with SOMETHING, especially making a false police report that resulted in extradition - which you KNOW where the money for THAT comes from don't you?

The guy is definitely not mentally stable, and if no charges are filed, should be forced to undergo a thorough psychiatric treatment.

In actuality, Court TV did a special a year or more ago where, there is evidence of two possible men who committed the crime together, one of which is dead now. It was a very compelling look at all of the evidence too, and the first time I saw the program I felt very sad for the Ramsey's - whom I don't believe had anything to do with thier daughter's death.

I kinda figured that a few days after he made the admission. He's a strange one for sure. I hope they do charge him for something, hell, the crazy eyed woman who ran off before her wedding got punished and had to pay back cash.

Well---He is a sick dude----they HAVE no alternative but to put him away for quite awhile. Now the question becomes ---Who is the guilty person, and why did this whole circus happen--Please flash to the DA's News Conference when all these Yahoos in Colorado were slapping one another on the back---getting standing ovations---I don't even read this nonsense in the papers cause you could tell this flake didn't do it.

Well the dr did say he was planning on getting an sex change oporation soon in Thailand. Only 1500$. I could tell when the family said there was no way he was in CO because he was with them. The whole family maintained his inocence. I knew he was just an attention seeker.

I had a suspicion he was lying. A well known case, a publicity seeking sicko. He should get some kind of charge for wasting police time. On the Yorkshire Ripper case a stupid man sent the police letters and a tape claiming to be the ripper, he got done not so long ago.

I think the jackass' in California need to be charged with delaying justice and wasting taxpayer money.
Why was Karr taken to California and kept there for a week? The murder was in Colorado! Airplanes can fly to Colorado as well as California. Dufus' in California looking for attention?

I may be wrong about this, but it may be due to the charge against him in Cal.....they just needed to cut him loose of that charge to face the bigger charge in Col....beats me, but sounds good ;;D

Hopefully it will be more like "Pick up your teeth bitch while I rip you a new one" from Bubba and his evil henchmen... IF he gets in the right prison. They don't take kindly to his kind. ;)

I say they string him up for even thinking like that..... and for the mental anguish of that poor father(Mr Ramsey) weeks after the death of his wife and for Polly Klass' father too... this guy sure brought up alot of bull and stuff I am sure these parents would rather not be reminded of.In the eyes of the world, the wacko is still walking the Earth and it sickens me. Man, whatever happened to cops that wouldnt sleep til they caught someone that would do something like this to a little girl? Now they just hit up the parents and waste time blaming family members. sheesh...... ree

I hope that at least he has to repay the government for flying him and his escorts BUSINESS CLASS from Thailand to the US! The SOB had caviar, champagne, prawns, roasted duck, etc. on his flight back. Why he was allowed to fly Business Class is beyond my understanding. Your tax dollars at work! Maybe he should get his sex change operation at a slaughter house with a meat cleaver.

And I will bet anyone money that he doesn't get sent to a regular prison, but a facility for sex offenders, where they will rehabilitate him. And that, folks, is the American justice sysem at it's worst.

If I remember correctly Thailand is kinda LAXED wit the kiddie or teen sex stuff.......I think the guy was ready to come home and had his CASE built in his head and did alot of research and whatever on WIERDNESS sex crime legands with how to go about all this and how he wanted it and 'played his first card' without a full deck Pam

I think he is where he wanted to be.........mite not end that way but he got there for a little while. Sicko Karrko !

I thought I heard that he was going to be taken back to CA to face MISDEMEANOR charges for having kiddie porn. He's not going to any prison anywhere. I say, send him back to Thailand and let them prosecute him. He was arrested there for something to do with children. I agree - he said he was the killer just to get back to good old American justice where he knew he wouldn't be charged in the Ramsey case, and would only face misdemeanor charges for anything else.

There's gotta be SOMETHING he can be charged with to put him in prison - in with the general population - of course.
