I spent 6 hours in Housing Court today waiting for them to call our case. The shmuck owes us $8000.00 in arrears.

6 Hours! The clerk finally hands the folder to the judge, he opens it, looks up and says "Continued until next week".

Now I know why there are metal detectors at the door.

I once had to attend Court for my company trying to get a restitution order against a young jerk that stole a car. At the end of a very long day, His Honour decided (in his infinite wisdom) that this poor young man ought not to have to reimburse the big bad insurance company our $10,000.00 as we had way more money than he had and his Mommy was sick! Awwwww.......

Justice my foot!!

Bro, I hear ya.
Residential stuff is a pain in the ASS. This person has been living there for what sounds like many many months living rent free. Its a shame you cant give a 72 hour notice of eviction and then change the locks.

Court is fun, huh?
I bet you saw some real winners there, too!
