Hey what do suma you guys do to CALM yerselves down when sumone or sum thing totally pisses ya off so bad ya can't think straight ? Just curious.........goin to go kick a few midgets now Pam

(am "NOT" referrin to anything here.....just STUFF in everyday life or with smart mouthed people around me here at home......am finding out it is better to think about shit before I blow up)

FYI: not referrin to Brad either

I tend to hit things... Of course, that can cause a bit of a dilemma if the only thing around to hit is the person who's pissin' ya off, but I never said it was a perfect solution...

I sit down
center myself in the universe
take a deep cleansing breath
Hum the song of peace
open up a beer drink it savoring the taste
take said beer bottle and break it over their head ;;D

I usually take a shower...... yep... just take my clothes off and get in the shower..... other times.... I go for a brisk......WALK.....

yet, I've come to realize, it NEVER does a damned bit of good to solve the situation though.
