A hand reaches out through the despair
No questions asked - No judgments made
From the depths, Their light clears the darkness
Their soft smile brings with it a warmth
A gentle, knowing look - and hope rises.

No words need be spoken
An unconditional love is seen
Their compassion's - brings me strength
And have lightened the once heavy burdens.

I emerge from the darkness whole
and with the knowledge--
That one true friend will be at my side
As we travel the hills and valleys
And continue our walk down the path of life.

Thank you all for enduring this path and so often lifting my burden with your support and understanding. I could not have wished for a better and more complete family than that which I find here. I only hope that as time passes I can pay all of this forward!

Tonight I think I will sign off as Humble Tim.
