People are not always what they seem. Sometimes, they make up personas. That is bad enough. But sometimes, people who are real and good will judge you & be two faced. I don't know which is worse, but nobody needs that, so be careful with your hearts.

I have met a lot of the peps here in RL and most of them are good and honest peps and true friends and supporters

Don't let yourself get calloused. True, some people are not what they seem, but you have to keep on keepin on. It's like fighting the beast, sometimes you lose a battle, but you never give in and lose the war.

Aww, Charlotte, you're such a caring person. noone should take advantage of you. I've had to learn to toughen up, myself.
Cant fix it, cant make it go away, cant live with the disappointment forever. Take a deep breath, and try life again.

I love weeds. I was actually thinking of asking people to photograph the pretty ones with the names & post so I could learn more about them, and then know which ones to pick & throw in my blender as a tonic.

I have chickweed and lots of it. It looks like a one-leaf clover. No matter how many times I dig that sucker out, it comes back bigger and better. And thistles. They bite.

Margi -- look at the bright side of weeds. You don't have to water them and you don't have to baby them and they just grow and grow. :)

Don't worry, there are good people out there, it is just difficult to find them, sometimes. Keep up your quest and don't settle for anything less than what you demand or deserve. It sucks that you are hurting but it would be worse if you found out later, rather than sooner. Vibes on their way...Keep your chin up, Charlotte! ;)

I hope your heart mends soon. A broken heart is a pain no medicine will help. Time is the only treatment. Be patient, some of us are good too. I hope to never make someone feel bad, and if I did, like to know. I hope you have a better day, and be strong!!

Sometimes you let someone in, only to later regret it.

Sometimes people treat you in a way that is much less than what you deserve.

Charlotte,

there will always be people who are there to hurt us. That will never change. But it's up to you how much power you let them have on you.

I spend my first 15 years being negative, cynical and sarcastic. I was suspicious all the time. But it's impossible to live that way... so I decided that I'd rather trust, care & love and get hurt than never let any love and goodness into my life without wondering what's behind it.

I hope that your hurts will heal, your heart will mend and that more wonderful, caring & loving people are on their way into your life. :)

:( Oh Charlotte I know....unfortunately a lesson learned by me as well. I''ve learned also that no matter how genuine I am some people are just ignorant, self absorbed asses. I have been taken advantage of my good nature , but I have learned from my bad experiences too. But do continue to love like you never have because there are people out there that are as genuine as we. And I also have learned that the ones that aren't are usually more screwed up than you can fathom. Thats sad for them. Stay true friend....just watch for the wolves...
