My daughter, Teresa, is officially a missing person.

She was due home from Arizona on Thursday. I cannot reach her on her cell phone. Those of you who have met her know that she is a responsible young woman - she would call me to tell me she would be arriving home late.

I need prayers for her safety.

She, her dad, and her stepmom drove to Arizona on the 21st. They left her grandma's house in Arizona on Tuesday.

I talked with her on the 21st, and got a text message on the 27th.

The police are taking it seriously - the officer just called for more information.

I pray that God will bring her home safely!!! Where was she and who was she with?! When was the last time you talked to her?

GREAT NEWS! I will be interested to hear why that young lady did not return your calls or call to tell you she would be late. Tell her Uncle Jimi and Auntie Ruthie were getting upset. I will pm you again later. I got to be gone for 2-3 hours.

Hi everyone! I'm really sorry that I scared you all so much!

Turns out there was a huge gap in the communication between my mom and I before I even went on the trip. She thought I was supposed to be back earlier than I thought I was. Had I been late (in my mind at least) I would have found a way to call her and let her know.

And, as luck would have it, my cell phone broke a couple days into the trip, so I didn't get any of her calls.

Just a whole bunch of bad luck and gap in communication.

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. It feels so wonderful to know that so many people care.

P.S. Mom was able to eat tonight...which is a good thing! ;)

I am so relieved! When I saw this I said "this cannot be happening that two of my friends have missing children." My friend Janice still hasn't heard anything about her son Garry. But all the emails that we sent around at least got the Hamilton Ohio PD in gear and they are taking it seriously... love to you Lizzie I hope you grounded her and told her to never make Auntie Ree ree nervous like that again.....love ree

And, we discovered a problem in our communication - this can be fixed.

Theresa, judging by the responses at the Conv, you must be one very special young lady. I am glad I just now read this. I didnt even know to worry all day! I am just thrilled you are safe!

Lizzie, you have a wonderful daughter. I know today was hell for you. I'm glad it's all over now.

Maybe NEXT time, Dad will write down contact numbers and eta's for you.

Again, so glad she is home safe. A LOT of people are resting easier tonight.

Thelma(Teresa) my girl, you know I love you to bits but I'm gonna shout first. There are phones everywhere, even if a cell phone brakes down. A good policy is for you to always stay in contact with this Mom that loves you to bits, never mind your time schedule. She never needs a scare like this again, you are too precious! Never mind the scare we all went through!

Liz I am sorry I did not get on line yesterday and just saw this. I am glad she is ok. My Daughter was gone for 7 years. Not knowing if they are ok is the worst feeling in the world.
I am so happy she is home.

Get that kid a pager so when her cell dies, she can still get your messages.
