Hiya!

Long time no pain:-) For the first time in 6 years I am not visited by the beast this spring/summer. Last year was a bitch. Ha started in january and lasted until august except for one week in may when the beast apparently took some much needed vacation. Actually thought he was gone then, but I guess he was bored and came back. This spring and summer I have had a coupple of mild hits about 1-2 on the kip scale but nothing else. There have been long summer days with meat on the barbq and an icecold beer in my hand that I will not forget for a long time. Guess the mf gonna be back next spring or summer, but until then; Pf days and nites to ya all... and Skål;-)
