Pimiento: The sweet pepper, of which the fruit is used as a relish and for stuffing olives. Pimento Cheese: Cheese made from processed Neufchatel curds, cream cheese, or cheddar with"pimientos" added. Hmmm....guess 'pimiento' isn't 'pimento'.... ::) But I put pimiento in cheese to make pimento cheese.... I'm so confused.... :P |
