Its a rough one but I'll get better, I'm going to stamp The Organization for Understanding Cluster Headaches on the top and burn OUCH into the sides for door prizes at next years convention. What do you guys think?

One of those would occupy a treasured spot on my desk. I'd be beyond honored.

Having one of those inserted into the side of my head just could become the next fashion statement.

Cool.Brad makes knives out of those.......heats the metal and twists the handle spike part and then hand forges one end down into a fine knife edge and then he hand chisles and engraves the knife blade edges. Alot of work for what little they sell for........he's not had time to even get near his forges to play this summer.....been a bit too hot too. Nice work..........Pam

I talked to Brad about engraveing OUCH into one but he hasn't had a lick of time to work on one unfortunalty but maybe this winter for a project he can !? He "blues" the knife too when done. Most he has worked on for WEEKS with the engraveing and all and gave as special gifts......he knows he could sell them but he's just not found the time. How did you engrave the OUCH name ? Nice !!!!!!

I used a buzz box, but I need to find somthing a little more detailed. I like the stamps but the burn look says so much more...........I'll keep playing with it untill I get it how I like it, those were just me playing with the idea. What does brad engrave with?

Cool!  It could have all sorts of uses--door stop, paperweight,
and probably many more things.  How much does one of those things weigh? ;;D

They have a zinc coating that pretty much flakes off and its hard to burn through it without flashing the zinc. I think I'll try grinding it down to the raw steel and making them shiney, it may show up better.

You asked for it Matt.... the input should be amazing.

Great thing for OUCH cons too. Hard to lose as well.

If you have a sandblaster that would work better, that way there would be no grind marks.
