Tomorrow I turn 40 :(. Today I get into work a bit early and check my email and my eyes couldn't believe what they were looking at. I had an e-mail from my first wife who I haven't spoke to in 17 years. I couldn't believe it! This was my first love and we had some wild times. We were living in Marina Del Rey when we were in our 20s. We had neighbors like Florence Henderson, the big Italian guy in Porky's, a former Bond girl and I can't forget about the porn chicks that lived in our complex. The drummer from the Beach Boys died right outside my apartment, we over looked his boat and collected spoons,cups,beer cans for a shrine after his death. Then to top it off I get a card from my daughter which said " Happy Birthday Daddy, your old and fat" which she put her art talent to use with a hand written picture of a fat man with an arrow pointing towards the belly and the words " look at the fat, thats you". LMAO. Between the emotions of speaking with someone that I shared some great experiences and life with years ago to my 13 yrd old giving the business, it's just been one great fucking day! I hope all of you have or can smile as much as I have today.

40 isn't too bad - 45 means you're closer to 60 than you are to 30 years old . . . . enjoy the last 5 years of your youth ;)

I almost forgot................Sandy, my 1st ex told me about her son who is 16, then I started thinking, we bumped uglies the night before she moved. That was 17 years ago.....hmmm
