Title: Stupid Shadow..not lord!!haaaha
Post by Summerbabe on Jul 27th, 2006, 8:53am
Hi guys, well last night about tenish..I got slammed with a shadow that wouldn't leave, hung around with twinges and sharp stabs ...do you guys med for those irritating shadows? I have in the past when I knew I was getting a banger in minutes..but since I have been sleeping through the night [smiley=sleep.gif] [smiley=sayyes.gif] this once again caught me off guard, so I applied ice and rode it. Also anyone ever hear of Relpax? My neuro gave me samples when I went in for trex shots..dont know why because I ceratinly never mix trips. Hmm let me know..thanks, Summer 8)

I take my oxygen for shadows. I read on the Med board taking a red bull might help too. So next time it's O2 and red bull and I will see how that works. But someone who has had more success than me will answer for sure. During my cycle I have shadows everyday for weeks. :(

Dave's experience is to treat the shadows with a mild pain reliever ibuprophen.... fioricette...02 and try to relieve this annoying pain... because his shadows turn into CH attacks... I think this is what some referr to when they say they have had an attack that lasts hours long.  They don't have an actual cluster for that long but a shadow that can last for days sometime.
I have the same experience with Migraine.  My tension and sinus headaches go from "insane to migraine" if I don't get rid of them..... good luck Summer I was hoping you were getting some relief... be well honey   love ree
