Thank you so very much for the eucalyptus you sent for all of us, it was such a thoughtful and unique gift and it just smelled phenomenal!
All of us there were so touched and so glad that in some way you were there with us. You're held close in my heart and many others and whilst longing to meet you, knowing you were thinking of us and we could smile and think of you came a close second.
I had a drink in your honour. Actually I had several drinks in your honour. Remind me when we eventually meet I owe you a hangover eh?! ;)

Yeah it was nice. I know you can steam it and lean over the pot to inhale the fumes for congestion but can you drink the stuff? Are there any other uses for it besides congestion?

ricky, I don't believe you're supposed to ingest the stuff.

Brian- I already had some in my bath in a vase, and that is where I placed your stems. It has refreshed my bath and now I can enjoy that wonderful fragrance again while taking a jacuzzi. ;;D

Yes, I know its been said already but this definitely deserved another thread.

That Eucalyptus branch was quite the perfect thing to send, and it reminds me of it these past few mornngs when I walk into my kitchen and smell that wondeful scent. All the Milcon memories come rushing back to me.

It was an absolute pleasure!! Brian will be just thrilled to know that our gum-leaves reached you all safely! He's way out in the boonies right now - with no computer access, although I know he was logged in here a couple of days ago (on his day off - he must have found somewhere civilized!) I sent him a PM - but he'd already logged-out by the time I'd finished. I don't think he posted - probably just gazed enviously at all those wonderful pics - as I've been doing.!!

You all looked like you were having the time of your lives! Who knows? Maybe next year we'll be able to join you? In the meantime - Helen, I'll look forward to that hangover!!!

I so hope we all get to meet one day. I could sit for hours and hours with you and Brian and it still wouldn't be enough
