Title: me?  A newbie?
Post by Mastifflvr28 on Jul 18th, 2006, 11:48pm
I don't usually do a convention report, I usually just comment on everyone else's but I'm still fucking sitting here in dumb fuck California and plugged into an outlet and the wireless is really crappy but I still got 2 hours till they bring in the plane, so here goes.

As well as seeing all my old friends and JUST LOVING it, I got to meet some new people I've never met before.  I don't post much anymore (I used to be a pain in the arse poster) so I don't really "know" the newbies that came to the convention, and they don't really know me yet.

LeLimey...unbelievable.  That girl is SOOOO easy to talk to and I could listen to her all day long.  Plus I LOVE the accent.  Thanks so much for the chats.  You should be a counsilor :)

Rich, you fit in SOOOOO WELL!! It's really a shame that Bill L and Deb and Happ and Big Dan (and of course Pig) weren't there and with you and Jean going on...we'd never stop laughing.  Not that I really stopped...or ever stop whilst I'm at a convention.

Nani...NANI!!!!!  Such a cool person, she kept us in line just like her kindergartners :)

Broomie!!  You are so much smaller in person then I thought.  I think it's the fat witch you have for an avatar.  You are the furthest thing from a Broomhilda I've ever seen. :)

BenUK...another one with a wonderful accent.  You are so softspoken, you need to yell out more :)

I hate doing these reports cause I know I'll miss someone...as soon as I hit post I'll think, oh shit, I forgot so and so.
Oh well, I do love you all and I'll just continue to comment on everyone else's posts :)

Hey Lelimey, I think you might get home before me!!!!

Mast, your fellow ouchian

You mean you're STILL in the "Land of OUCH"?  [smiley=laugh.gif]

Hope you get home soon Michele! Just so you know, a convention just WOULD NOT be the same without your fitful giggles.

Pep

See, dammit, I missed 2 people.

PattiK, You are neat!!  You are so quiet!  Speak up, yell...like the rest of us :)
It was great to meet you.

Jasmine...amazing!  I can't believe the quick wit you have with a foriegn language.  It even took me a minute a few times to "get it", lol.  You are really enchanting, great to meet you.  :)

Hi Mast,  I hope you are back safe by now.  I'm glad that we had a couple of extra days to hang out.  You are awesome, sis, and it was fun watching you in action during the auction.
I'm still spinning from finally meeting so many "old" friends. It will take me some time for my emotions to level out again.

Mast, I so wish we had more time together, the weekend seemed to fly by like a witch on a broom :)

I hope you are home safe by now and catching up on some sleep!

Hugs on over

I loved the time we spent chatting.. it went too fast but it was so very precious. You're fantastic, everything you say is so worth listening to and I can't wait to spend even more time chatting and giggling now. That last night together as well as the afternoon is so fresh in my mind I can taste the white russians you led me astray with!
You're an Orchid Michelle, not obvious like a rose and possible to overlook but infinitely more precious, sweeter and glorious.
May we all have an orchid like you in our lives
Helen xxxx

Here is the picture of the lovely sunset that I got to watch whilst waiting at an airport in dumb fuck California :)

One of the bright sides to driving home at 2am is missing the Seattle traffic...it was also 55 degrees, I had to turn on my heat.  LMAO!!!
I love Washington :)

What a gorgeous sunset!  California has some of the best (don't slap me, lol!). ;;D

I am so glad you're not still at the airport.  BUT, my trip would be cheaper to come and see you since I would not need a rental car. ;) [smiley=laugh.gif]

:o

love you sis...
