What's the difference between a Di*k with ears and a Penis with ears?

A paycheck of about 17 million dollars!
Penis' have better agents. ::)

Keith Olberman had a great piece on how the PWEs departure affected or started the ball rolling on media changes.
Katie replaces Dan
Merideth replaces Katie
Rosie replaces the alien lookin black woman

Just thought it was a funny story.
