Now that it failed, the construction dudes are to blame? That is the opposite of what should happen. The inspectors were all Ma employees paid for by Ma. residents. I drive through the primary tunnel at least twice day. Last Friday it took me an hour and a half to travel through it. Cant wait till they start laying tons of sod on top of it for the greenway. The tunnel project was all about land value, not traffic engineering and certainly not safety. |
