I've had a weekend of concerts!

The Waukesha Symphony Orchestra, led by guest conductor Mike Leckrone (director of the Badger Band) on Friday night - this was held near the gazebo at Country Springs Hotel (the convention hotel). Bar service was excellent, as was the food.

David Lee Roth on Saturday night (Summerfest) - good music. The man has a truly bizarre mouth!

Alice Cooper tonight (Summerfest again). Music was pretty good, considering I'm not into that type of music. It was quite a show, too. Enjoyed the first half; when the violence against women started, I kinda lost interest in watching (kinda? ha ha. Almost threw up). I'd listen to the music again, but never go to a concert again.

That's most of my weekend in a nutshell....

From the symphony to Alice Cooper: yes, my taste in music covers a broad spectrum....

I've seen Alice Cooper several times......I still have FEELINGS for that song "I'm 18" cuz I remember listening to it at that age singing and screaming the lyrics with friends. I'm not 18 and I hate it Pam

We seen bands at the campout party this weekend.....no one famous but the Robin Trower/Hendrix/Stevie Ray Vaughn tribute band KICKED ASS !! Goin to ride out with friends to a concert this next weekend to go see the awesome blues singer/guitarist Kelly Richie....never seen her yet but I hear she is UNREAL !!!!

I had a similar month. Nine Inch Nails, Andrea Boccelli a week apart, then a Dope concert at the Troc. FUN MAN FUN!
