Well.....

Mine were usually in October and March/April. Fall is usually high pressure here, spring: low so for me it looks pretty iffy.

Since I have, over the years, been in a cycle every month of the year except, January, August, November and December, I don't think barometric pressure has had any effect on my CH.  Watch!  I probably just jinxed myself!   :-/

The only thing I have noticed in the last 33 years is that the runny nose side (L) is less runny during an attack if the pressure is high and the attacks last longer. It is the opposite way if the pressure is low. It's just something I've noticed throughtout the years of this shit.

Altitude does for me.  I have not noticed anything with the Barometric pressure

But as you go up in elevation, barometric pressure usually drops. Some altimeters are actually barometers.
