hi all, new to the site, but i have been battlin the beast for 23 years. i am VERY VERY happy to have found you !! i left a little history in the newbee section . looking very forward to becomeing friends with many. Bob, a very hearty welcome to you! I am glad you are here and I know that becoming a part of this family will change your life! I wish I could tell you how to vanquish the beast, but I cant.

There very well may be some here who can, depending on so many factors it would be idiotic of me to even start to get into them, but trust me you are in the right place!! Welcome Home!

Welcome to the jungle! We have a convention every year and since you don't live tooo far away, you might want to check it out over on the left under OUCH. Nothing like spending a weekend with 40 clusterheads. Glad you found us. Reading about your past on the other section, it sounds like you have a pretty good handle on it.

thanks for the hearty welcome guys, looking forward to getting to know you! and yes I feel that i do have a pretty good grip this bastard. Many times in the past I allmost let him beat me!!! without my wife i know the @#&%@# would have have got the best of me. Now I fight like hell!!!!!. about 10 years ago I got to be good friends with a great man, a navy-seal vet from nam. a wonderful human being, his help and advice really helped me! if any one is interested let me know. bob

Bob, welcome to our little funny farm, really glad you found us. This is the best place and the best people you will ever find. No matter what time of day there is always someone here to listen so post when ever you need some support and keep an eye on the site to also give your support to others.
