Title: Re: Monster Garage a 'go-go' ??? Post by Racer1_NC on Jun 17th, 2006, 8:40am Word is that JJ was ready to move on to other things.....there was a disagreement between him and the production company about doing a show in Iraq. JJ wanted to do it, they didn't......so JJ did one under his own name and sold it to TV. It wasn't ratings..... Bill |

Title: Re: Monster Garage a 'go-go' ??? Post by brewcrew on Jun 17th, 2006, 8:57am Well, in almost every other case it's ratings. Sounds like you have the inside scoop, Bill. I stand corrected. |

Title: Re: Monster Garage a 'go-go' ??? Post by cootie on Jun 17th, 2006, 11:58pm I seen the one in Iraq he did and it was pretty cool.....and there modified hummer car 'failed' so he managed to bring it home and get it goin cuz of lack of parts needed there and did it FOR THE GUYS. Purdy cool actually........lots of emotions while filming. But I did hear him mention a few times he was there 'on his dime'.......I like him.......he is for real. Unlike Orange Co Crappers that sit and giggle and laugh and make fun of people's video's they send em to convince them to build THEM a custom bike and why......so they pick sumone that lives in a mansion and redoes custom vehicles and give him a free bike.....or the guy that was in the service for only 3 years and dressed like a biker and hung out with bikers and acted like one but never rode and lived with his mom. I think them guys LAUGH all the way to the bank on that show even tho the show is ok once in a while cuz of what they come up with but there the rich man's version and way minus the blood and sweat.....In the wind Pam |
