Another incredibly bad day for me, but interspersed with some pm's and response to my cry for help that truly humble and remind me to keep paying it forward.

You are an amazing, life saving bunch and I wish you all a great PF night and day. and sweet dreams....

it is looking unlikely that i will make the convention in wis. but the clusterbuster con. is a real possibility. i need to look more closely at the details when my head is a bit clearer, but since i have family in chi-town i think i can possibly do it.

i wish i could meet you all, but i know already that you will keep me in mind and i need to say i love you all!

Tim---I hope that you have a pain-free night. In the category of " you wouldn't freakin believe this"---I was standing in line at my local grocery store sunday afternoon when my heart rate increased to 180 beats!!! I got scared because I didn't know what in the heck was going on.........made it home , within an hour i'm in the hospital !!! I had more damn wires coming out of me, and I was hooked up to four machines measuring my heart rate. They took about a gallon of blood---found out I didn't have a heart attack-----but told me I had Atrial Fibrillation........After two days in the hospital --

sorry i pressed something...........after two days and nights they reluctently released me tuesday afternoon...I have an appointment at this cardiologist every other day to measure something............but the best is............they prescribed VERAPAMIL !!!!!!!! aNNNNNNNNNNND He told me if I ever smoke again---I could be in real trouble............Holy crap-where in God's name did this come from.

Rich, thank you i did get some decent sleep last night and have had a couple of hours this am to spend with my wife before she had to shoot off to work. The hit parade day 3 looks like it will be starting anytime now so i am going to try to get a little quick posting done before i start to ramp up.

Scott, I wondered where you were and I don't like the sound of your news at all! What did the cardio guys say it is? are you in cycle?

Ironically enough I quit smoking 3 days ago (coincides with the new and improved all day hits). I cant believe that one has anything to do with the other though as I have never heard anyone say that smoking is a good thing. Especially when you need extra O2 for what ails ya.

Let me know what is going on with your heart? respiratory system!!! Now that you have me worried ya big jerk ;;D

I have always had an irregular heart beat, but as I said before this was rapid.....I am going to be going in every other day for some bullshit test. My stay at the hospital was awful. If he didn't release me yesterday I was going to walk out. I'm better but I have to stay on the top of this. I appreciate your concern----you and your wife are the best !!!!!!!!!! But I'm a fighter and I won't go down easy !!

You can join the list of people who are all over me. I have received more shit from my family...but they brought me a turkey sandwich in the hospital !!! You couldn't believe how bad the food is....my God Almighty...it was just dreadful. The dietician came into my room wanted to know why I didn't eat much....I was not a happy camper so I ripped her an as*h*le. It made me feel better. Whatever you do ---stay off the cigarettes! Be well my brother.

Hey Scott, I knew you were excited to finally get to meet me, but I never expected your heart to start racing. Just do what the cardio says and quit fighting it. ;;D

Thanks Jimi....When I was admitted to the hospital the cardiologist asked me if I spent any time with people from Kentucky, and he said " well that explains it !" I went to the doctor's office yesterday and he said that my heart rate finally converted...which means the fibrillating stopped !!! That's good news.....I go back Thursday and Monday for follow-ups. But I have been ordered to stop eating shit food.....lose 15 pounds....stop drinking ( not that I was a wild man) and by all means no smoking !!! So now I am eating rabbit food and crawling the walls at night. But I'm alive and feeling good....Maybe when Jas comes to New York my heart will start racing again...........All kidding aside this was pretty scary stuff, not my heart but staying in the hospital for over two days !!! What a shit-hole
