Say "Hi" back to the sweet baby at the grocery store and make the Mom's day by commenting how precious he/she is.

Bake a fresh loaf of breadand some dinner rolls, even if it's from the frozen dough, and take it to an elderly neighbor while it's still warm in a basket from the dollar store.

Weed your neighbors garden when they are away on a summer vacation. (Don't forget to pick the ripe veggies and put them in a cool safe place till they get back so they don't spoil on the vine or plant)

Last time I helped a stranger he turned out to be New Orleans #2 most wanted.

Murderers aside, I still help out strangers, I now have an alarm system so I feel safer doing so ;)   I still call my mom, despite our differences, and I try to lend a hand to anyone who needs it.

Good challenge KoP.

Don't be a road hog in rush hour traffic.  Let someone in, if the people behind you get agrivated, they'll get over it.  Just remember how it feels to see a stream of traffic with no hope in sight for that 10 seconds you need to get into the flow.

Make it a point to talk to or at least say hello to people in wheelchairs. One of their common complaints is that people avoid them or pretend they don't exist.

Next time your neighbor lets his dog out and he graciously comes over to your yard to take a crap, just wave at  the neighbor standing in front of the storm door watching his dog and mouth "I'll take care of that, not a problem" and pick up the poop with a smile and give him a wave that everythings ok when it all cleaned up so he can close the door and go back in and relax.

Then call the police and report a meth lab next door.

Just last week on my flight to North Carolina I offered to shove a dive magazine up this guys butt if didn't quit with the farting.

But I was hit up last week at a gas station when a guy offered to let me hold his wallet, and other things if I "loaned" him some money for gas. Seems others at the station just blew him off. I was leaving for N.C. with about $120.00 in the bank and a 13 year old daughter who had B-Day a few days later, dude got a twenty and a "I've been there dude" from me.
What comes around goes around I guess.

Jim and I belong to the "Patriot Guards" (they're the ones who try to protect the families from these wackos who stage protests at American military funerals)

We're riding,  with others tomorrow,  in 115 degree heat to the funeral of a serviceman who died.

and proud to do so.

Cool Linda.........very cool........you make a hot biker chick Pam

Were supposed to ride out for a Veteran's Memorial service and party this weekend.....they honor all POW's and MIA's and give some cool speeches on stage and the veteran's there do the military gun salute after the service and they have POW/MIA spelled out in little candles people stand in line to shake a vets hand and THANK THEM for serveing and are given a lit candle to go light one on the ground till ALL are lit and burning. The process can take an hour or longer......it's really sumthin to see !!! Lots of veterans are there.....lots in wheelchairs that go thru the service. It's a HUGE area with the candles writeing all that out too and EXTREMELY moveing and impressive. They dim all lights so it is breathtakeing to see. Lots of tears shed and friends hugging.....they also name all the MIA's POW's on stage  from the surrounding states.......then when that is all done they have fireworks and the bands start back up and the party is ON. But this new site for the event this year is a bit iffy.....kind of rough we hear.......it's an all terrain motorsport track and park so it is all rutted dirt and dusty rocky trails up and down hills and up ciffs and all around and rock hard camping areas cover'd in poison ivy. I guess I can scratch and drink a beer at the same time Pam  :-/
