This is not what I wanted
This is not what I chose
But life is what you make it
Or so the saying goes
It's easy to dwell on the pain
And all that doesn't go right
This pain threatens to crush me
In the darkest hours of night

This poem is still in the works....it doesn't feel nearly finished yet, but I wanted to share it anyways.
