Title: Re: msg Post by Mattrf on Jun 2nd, 2006, 3:03pm My sister was on a diet once that was high in MSG and started having migraines after being on it for like a month or so, it took her a couple weeks to figure out that it was the MSG that was what was causing them but as soon as she changed her diet the migraines stopped. She also had never had a migraine before this diet. |
