you get headache from msg in food. we have lots chinese food in family sometimes wife cooks with msg i get headache. anybody do that

MSG is a trigger for me as well as sulphites.

It does not cause a headache for me.
My Dad always gets a reguar headache when he eats MSG.  Unfortunately, MSG is in a LOT of foods.

MSG doesn't bother me, but I've read about quite a few people who find that it triggers attacks.

My sister was on a diet once that was high in MSG and started having migraines after being on it for like a month or so, it took her a couple weeks to figure out that it was the MSG that was what was causing them but as soon as she changed her diet the migraines stopped. She also had never had a migraine before this diet.
