The words unsaid,
The sights unseen,
Are the windows into our souls,
The doors into our reality,
No one can ever know,
Our true selfs,
Unless they are able,
To see these secrets,
That are our's alone,
To nurture and to grow,
Until it poisons,
Everything we are.

Fantasic work!

Can easily idenitfy ...

Surprised at the lack of responses so far, very deep ... but yet simple enough to reach into our very souls and understanding. That's the mark of a true poet I see in you!

Thanks Dave... The only good thing that's come from my breakup is my writin'... No matter how bad it is. Then again... My first wife taught me that there are some that would appreciate it, even when I just want to burn it to ashes. Maybe one of these days I'll finally ignore her advice, and just burn all my poems... Maybe in the winter... Warm the house with it ya know...

Hey Shadow,
I may be out of it right now not having slept for days, but before I sign off and try again to possibly sleep .... don't you darn burn your writings! That was very well done and means something to some of us as much as it meant to you when writing it.
I lost all my writings to a computer crash, most I still have on floppy disks, but that crash also has created problems with my A drive. I have printed copies, but having to rewrite my novel in progress and everything else is going to be quite a chore.
Save them! Garaunteed (uh ... can't spell right now)you'll be upset someday if you don't!
And ... yes ... there are some of us that appreciate your writing!
Keep it up, save 'em and share 'em :)

Or it could be a nod to the temporal, like the Tibetan mandala sand paintings. I would probably keep them myself, I liked the poem alot.
