Title: Take time to remember our Vets today.. Post by BarbaraD on May 29th, 2006, 7:37am Our freedom is not free. Today we need to pause and think about those who've given their lives so we can live in this country. Our flag stands for those liberties we take for granted. If you've never visited a military cemetery - it's worth the trip. All those crosses and Stars of David lined up so precisely any way you look at them... but underneath each lies a soldier who fought so you and I could be free. For all the Vets out there - I salute each of you and am glad you were here for me. God Bless each of you. BD |
