ok now i am really confused still cant get chat room to show up on my putor lost Terry

Sounds like youe Java run time engine isn't working. Got to Sun and get (https://sdlc3a.sun.com/ECom/EComActionServlet;jsessionid=D64901705EFDF92B596DE63639F9E9C9) the latest Java engine for your operating system. Then try it again.

I thought the JRE provided the base for the plug in for Java script? I doubt he has it turned off but you never know. Usually I find that Microsoft windows corrupts things and they need to be reinstalled.

The 3R's of windows, Retry, Reboot, Reinstall.

Perhaps he is running Microsoft and is lost. [smiley=smokin.gif]
Or he might be a Mac user and not know what a PC is. In either case Paul you should get him to run Firefox or Opera, and perhaps that will help him for a few minutes.
