Hi Y'all- been awhile since I've been able to get here and check up on your goings on. I am finally getting settled in, my new job is hectic but I am enjoying being back at the front reception desk in an audiology clinic. I am finally moved in to my own place after 7 weeks of sleeping on a very narrow, very lumpy, old hospital cot in my parent's spare bedroom. And, you know, no matter how old you are, you become a kid again when you move in with your parents. did you do this, did you think of that, you paid how much?? etc, etc. etc. But after all these years of being so far away from them, it is kind of nice to be close to them again and be able to participate a little in their daily lives.
The housing situation here is desperate because of the oil industry boom so it was really hard to find an apartment that I could actually afford, and 2 hours after I signed the lease, the rent went up $75 a month for the same thing in this complex. And BTW- no complaints about the price of gas or cigs from any of you 'mericans- gas is costing over $1 a litre or approx 4.50 a gallon here and cigs are 8 bucks a pack!! Yikes! :o

Well.

If it makes you feel any better. A 2 BR in a good neighborhood of Boston could run you 2 - 3 thousand a month.

are looking up.Sounds expensive but being
