Attention OUCH convention go-ers !!!

JUNE 14 IS THE ROOM RESERVATION CUT OFF DATE!!!!!!

Reservations received at the Country Springs Hotel after Wednesday, June 14, 2006 will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates.

They are holding our block of rooms until June 14. Then they get released and snatched up by folks already on a waiting list. Right now, we have plenty of rooms left in our block.:)

So please make your reservations soon!!!

The whole thing is soon!! Yipee!!!!!:D

Rori is absolutely correct in what she says about room availability.

The rooms in this hotel are filled quickly - rarely do they have spare rooms.

I highly recommend that if you even think you are going, you get a reservation for a room.
You can always cancel it later, but you most likely won't be able to get a room after the deadline.

Like someone has said before, Even if you're not sure you can make it to the convention, call and make your reservation to the hotel anyway. You can always cancel it later on.

Ok, I made a room reservation just in case a miracle happens and I can find a way to actually make it :P

Is anyone heading back to the Chicago area on Sunday for Clusterbusters?

Also in case I can't do this does anyone know the hotels cancellation policy?

Cancelation is 48 hours in advance. Least thats what they told me when I reserved my room. I'm not positive we'll be making it either, but I reserved it just in case.
