I love to cook, and I've set my mind to a pan of shredded beef and bean Enchilladas smothered in Monteray and CHeddar cheese, with enough Jalapeno peppers to make one's azzhole pucker up for a week. I'll also have some taco's ready for Trenton (six year olds and burn the hair out of your nose spicy food don't mix). |

Nachos are (at least what I made today): Yellow corn tortilla chips topped with: Seasoned (taco) ground beef, Refried beans, Corn, Melted Velveeta, Shredded Cheddar and Asadero cheeses, Fresh sliced jalapeno peppers, Sour Cream, Sliced black olives, Chopped green onions, Picante Sauce I'd mail ya some of the leftovers, but I don't think it'd keep very well during the trip.
