Today I had to meet Danny (elevator shaft Danny) at one of the properties to inspect a balcony.

When finished, we encountered a man trying to unlock a mail box. He was dressed in coat and tie and he was toteing suitcase..the ones with the wheels.

He asked Danny where his mail was and it became clearer to me that he was of Indian or Pakistani decent. Danny remembered that he use to occupy Unit 135. The key phrase here is "use to".

Danny kindly advised him that unit was rented out to someone else and that a legal eviction notice was filed. He was reminded that he had not contacted the office or paid rent.. in what?...seven months?

Here's where it get interesting...I hope.

He kept repeating that he was out of country and had finally recieved his FEMA checks and that he was prepare to submit back-rent. I went nuts.

I angrily asked Danny if he was a U.S. citizen and if he had received and FEMA assistance?

He said..well I am indeed a U.S. citizen, Steve, and no I have not received any assistance..how about you?

Me neither Danny! Too much insurance.

The gentleman walked down the courtyard toward the gate not waiting for the return of the office staff from lunch.

We will likely get sued. If this happens I will need to be put in timeout.

Geezz Steve - maybe you should have left the country until your FEME checks came in..... LMAO! Now go to time out for two minutes and be a good boy the rest of the day :)

Stuck on stupid.

I was praying for a fresh start. Lost opportunity. It's really sad.

Voter IQ is also below sea level.

Now ya got a run off -- Another month of "campaigning"... wonder if Nigin is gonna figure out where the Levy is before then.... :)
