I'm headed out for a spur of the moment job interview. (Called on the ad this morning at 10:30 am and they said to be there for noon)

I really really would love this job, and all the positive vibes I can get from this family headed my for a 12 noon central time interview would sure be great if you have any to spare.

Call your uncles and cousins and whoever else.....this would be a huge career move for me and all spare energy would be appreciated.

Well I think it went rather well, if the interview before me is any indication. I think he was back with Nikki for a total of 3 minutes, and I'll tell you his voice showed no real interest in the interview, and he was dressed as if he pulled his clothes out of month old pile in the corner of a Frat House.

She said that they are interviewing yet next week, and final decision will be Wed.

Once again the waiting game.

I think they are looking for someone in the 20 something range....not 40 something....

It's strange to be interviewed by someone so young I could have given birth to.... :-/

Good luck. Would the age thing be a problem from your side?

I know what you mean about being interviewed by someone young enough to be your kid. Everyone looks young to me (although I'm only 56).

It feels funny to interview people who are old enough to be your parent too Redd. I had a guy apply yesterday thats 30 years older than I am.

Ok...

I called this morning for an update, and Nikki said they hired a gal who was able to start yesterday.

Well thanks for letting me know, I'd have gone and packed up my desk that day had I known giving 2 weeks notice was the killer for me.... [smiley=laugh.gif]

Back to the hunt....(job hunt that is)
