Seems I have become a new member of the Bell's Palsy group.

SHIT!!!

Chronic CH, Alopecia Universalis and Bell's Palsy.

Just fucking shoot me!!

edit: hopefully this is short lived without lasting muscle problems.
this too shall pass.

Oh damn! Sorry to hear that!!

Recently this girl got an attack of that at work. She was on her way in and she got the Bell's Palsy in the car. Her face took a bit of time to get the normal muscle tone back, but it did return to normal! She thinks hers may have been due to the fact that she's been planning a full out wedding in just a few months - maybe a little stress mixed with a little biology!!

Hope it gets better soon!

Ain't it fun to be a member of the "multiple neurologic dysfunctions" group? heh...Not!!!

My mom knew sumone that got Bell's Palsy from shinges on her face near her eyebrow.....I had shingles at the same time on my forehead and it worried me. Nerves can take a year or two (or more depending on the damage) to totally heal to normal. I had to deal with a young colt with a severe case of nerve damage to his face or what I would call severe case of Bell's Palsy. Got his head stuck in a small busted out area in a stall and was knelt down on the ground with his head stuck out when mom stepped on him. I got him before weaning age cuz he couldn't nurse or eat. He was a mess. If he could come out of that you can Pam

His was so bad his tongue hung out and eye and ear drooped.......

SORRY Echo........ bummer... It will go away. My friend had that once and he said it happened because his Mom told him when he was a little kid that if he made ugly faces at her... "his face would freeze that way". Well I guess you must have made a face at your Mom too....(a little not too funny bellspalsy humor) You be well....Love to you buddy Ree

I used to think you were a woman... because I never look at the http://www.clusterheadaches.com/public_html/yabbimages/male.gif signs.....so I just go according to what I picture when I read someones handle when they first come on. I forget who told me you were a guy and I had to re think all the echo posts..... silly ree

Maybe that vision was based on the fact I have legs that most women would love to have. Nary a hair and never a stubble.
