We spent the night at the Animal ER. The growth busted and poisioned her. We will miss her.

Losing a pet is such a sad thing. They have no idea what they do for us.

Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

Sorry I have to follow the 'porn king trolls' post.....but I am so sorry about your cat.........I lost one around Xmas and a soon to be momma dog not long ago (she got that rare anemia).......I know how it feels to loose a pet and it never gets easier if anything to me it gets harder. Kitty lover Pam

Wish I could hit a tab and make sumthin BUST inside these trolls..........

Thanks everyone.
It was our fault she died, we did not have the money. But in the end it cost us $725 those all night ER for animals they charge a lot. At least they will let us pay what we can each month, where the vet had a 60 day time limit.

Dear Elaine.....It most certainly was not "your fault" If you had the money and didn't do anything about it, then it might have been your fault!! Don't do that to yourselves. You loved that sweet animal and gave it your best the whole time you had her.

I'm very sorry you lost her. Remember the good times.

Worse yet, when I went to pic her up it took hours for them to bring her out of the pet hold. Then this pet nurse walks over and says "we really think you will need a carrier for her first." Then she goes on to tell me that she has one available for almost 20 bucks. At that point I said just bring me my cat, and of course I just grabbed her and walked out without her even squirming once in my arms. I'm blathering on again, but sorry to hear it and trust me I can identify with the cost angle.

Elaine,

I understand better than you know. A year ago my 13 year old springer passed away. It was a Saturday, and an emergency visit.. my bill was 570 dollars, but when you don't have it, it may as well be a million. The vets office let us pay it off over time as well.
I feel your loss, and am very sorry you had to go thru this.
