first words of greeting: THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

I've been on the message board for quite a while now - whenever my hubbie (CH sufferer isn't)
--> I have learned a whole bunch of helpfull things from you all in regards to coping with my husbands CH.
a bit more than a year ago Michael's head aches started and 3 months ago we were finally certain that it's CH....you wouldn't believe how much your support helped and helps us over here in conservative Switzerland..........where nobody talks about his problems and tries to keep everything 'in the family' as if anything out of the ordinary is somekind of disease and god forbid any body finds out...the people I try to explain about CH always get sort of embarrassed with the kind of look on their face....dont tell me this I do not feel like dealing with it...this is not my fault........of course it's not anybody elses problem but it's not any bodie's fault either......

I'm not a person of big words but a can say this in very short:

THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE!

Welcome to Clusterville. We're glad you found us. Pull up a chair and sit a spell. We're a good bunch of people (most of the time) and are here to help.

This is where we come to rant and rave and vent because we HURT and where we come to lend support to the others who hurt as much as we do. We laugh at ourselves and at each other (in good fun because we hurt so much). We UNDERSTAND how the others feel because we're going thru the same things they are (the hurt, the embarrasment, the depression -- all the good stuff). We've experienced everything (or most of us have) that they're going thru. We don't get shocked too often.

Our hearts go out to those of you who are supporters. You've got the hard job -- watching us suffer. Bless you.

So stick around and know someone is on hand 24/7 to answer questions, talk to you, lend a helping hand or just to listen when you're ready to talk or vent. And if you want to call Wildhaus names - there are those of us who will support you totally.... ;;D ;;D Us girls have to stick together you know...

That's mostly true, Jim, but not entirely. We had a poll on it not so long back and it was the one time we all agreed on a cluster trait - guaranteed trigger for the blokes yet seriously therapeutic for our ladies.
