I reced an e-mail this am from 'cubbies4672". It was an invitation to play bingo....fortunately, I hate bingo, and refused to open it. meantime, several of my friends and I were chatting, and they all received the same invite.. FROM ME!
methinks we have a fungus amongus.or at the least a virus....
PLEASE dont open anything I send you.....coz it's not me!!!!!!!!!
I think I'm gonna shut this thing down for the day........

If you use outlook express, or even outlook, and have the preview pane open... you have opened the email. You Must turn off the preview pane to be safe from emails.

There is a free online scanner that works very well at detecting and removing all sorts of bugs... viruses, worms, spyware, grayware ect...

A little something iv'e got into the habit of doing is when I get an Email from someone and want to forward it on I go through the original and delete the previous senders addresses.

We got a warning from our IT people just recently about people/company’s who track large Emails to get as many addresses as possible for on-selling purposes.
They apparently don’t target Emails with pics only the ones with a lot of writing, they are the ones that will probably have a lot of addresses in them.

By doing this you make your Email smaller and therefore less Megs to send = less $s in usage.
