Hi everyone,

In August last year (during my cycle) I found this site and it was truly a god send. What a relief to know that I wasn't alone with this!!!

I started another cycle back in Feb and for the very first time ever (about 17 years now) I did NOT get a full blown hit!! Absolutely amazing. Normally my cycles last about 8-10 weeks and basically I live in constant fear of the next hit, scared to sleep - you know the drill.

Well thanks to the knowledge and support I have gained here.... I have just had a cycle of shadows!! and its definately on the way out now. The trick (this time ;)) - was to start on the meds at the very very first sign of the cycle.

So I'm off the meds now (cos I ran out ::))... and well I just had to say

THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH

Migraine, for sure.

At best, given you're a girlie, it was probably just hormonal anyway. When you grow up and become a real man like the rest of us you can perhaps claim to be CH+.

I am jealous, but so happy for you. Keep us informed of future events.

They just can't understand a word they say
