A Blue Bird sky is a wonder to gaze up into - yet somehow it lacks the character, mystery and excitement of a sky with omnious storm clouds rolling in.

We could never comprehend the value of calm without experiencing the storm - yet never respect the potential power of a storm without experiencing calm.

Is there anything in life that doesn't follow these basic principles?

Wouldn't it be sad to see a chicken wearing an "Egg beaters" T-Shirt.

Would you blame a cow for eating a Ribeye steak?

How in the heck was "TOY"ota ever taken seriously when they first starting making cars.... the word TOY is right there.

Ironic that funeral starts with the word "fun".

Why do some people say things like "My beard is scratchy so I itched it"..... good golly folks, it's the other way around.

Does water have a taste to it. Discuss.

When you rent a tank of O2, do you find it strange you have to pay for oxygen. What's next, people selling sand inthe desert.

Wouldn't people eat less if they started with dessert and then ate their entree.

Why does Larry King have a job, his random ramblings can't be worth the time he spends even typing them.

Do I realize the irony of my last question?

This made me think of a funeral I attended years ago for a friend that decided to end it all with a 12 gauge.

While 50 or so people are sitting in the funeral home listening to canned music, one song ends only to be replaced with Frank Sinatra booming out "I did it my way". After about 5 seconds of shock and darting eyes, the room exploded in laughter.

He would have liked it.

The water here tastes like a swimming pool smells.

Here in my neck of the cactus we have huge sand, gravel, small rocks, big rocks and boulders being mined 24 hours a day. And it's all being dumped in Vegas.

We often take the grandkids to the buffet. They love it because they can eat 'backwards'. Start with the desert.
