Good news is... The last couple of days has helped to start digging myself out of one of my worse lows in a long while... I spent some time playin' with my kids... I got some desparately needed hope... And I got some good news. Not dreading the thought of having too much time to think at werk tonight. :)

Glad to hear from you...spend time with the kiddos...as much as you can...be there for them and enjoy them...Find a hobby or something to occupy your mind...your mind is your worst enemy.
