When we were kids all (and there were lots) the cousins would get together at family events and group up. Groups were based on age, interests, things like that. That one cousin just didn't really fit in in any groups. He'd say inapproriate things, act immature, he just didn't "click" with any of us. But...he was still our cousin. So each "group" would let him in for a while and tolerate the things we didn't really like. It didn't work to try and change him. He was just him. Eventually he'd wander away and move on to another group. It seems that most of us have done that with Burt. He certainly isn't the only person involved that is guilty of perseverating here. Why does every one of his posts require a response? It's time to move on folks. |
