When I went to make reservations online for the weekend of the convention, even though I put in the OUCH group code, I was told there were no availablities for those dates (July 13th through July 15th, leaving the 16th). Has anyone else had this problem?

I read a post a few weeks ago where someone said the same thing, Chris.....if you call theres no prob.

I called and they even sent me a comfirmation letter with OUCH on it in snail mail.

I called as well and like the rest, they mailed my confirmation letter to me.

There does appear to be problems with the online booking of rooms at the hotel. Bookings by phone go smoothly.

Hopefully we can get this problem resolved before too long. I'll keep everyone informed.

Well I called and I've got a reservation number but no flippin' letter.. do you think they are just tight about international postage or should I ring again do you reckon? I freak about shit like this!

Helen - if it helps any, I booked on Feb. 14th and they mailed the confirmation letter out the same day. I don't remember when I actually got the letter, but seems to me it was about a week after I'd booked.

OK....here is the deal. When making reservations, please call the hotel @ 1-800-247-6640 and specify you are with the OUCH group. Online reservations wil not work at this time.
