Title: Meet a new Clusterhead... Post by blossom on Mar 9th, 2006, 2:35pm my husband!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband was officially diagnosed with clusters this morning. He started having them about a month ago and has been having them daily for about 2 weeks. He has been using my o2 which, thankfully, aborts them. I am so torn on the emotions of all of this. I saw all the signs and encouraged him to use the o2 but just don't feel like I have been the supporter I should be. I guess I was in denial because I don't want to see someone I love go through this. He says he is glad that it is clusters and not something life threatening... sound familiar? I guess this just reaffirms we are soul mates! I sat in the dr's office this morning and listened to him describe everything to the dr and just sat there like it was the first time I REALLY heard him. The dr looked at me and said you look like you are dying to say something and I said its clusters. She just nodded her head and said do you want your own o2 or would you like to share. This is wild beyond anything. I have heard of several couples here meeting and falling in love but to just randomly meet him and then have him diagnosed?! I'm floored but honored to be able to help him through this. Just had to share our wild story. Hugs and :-* - Karen and Chris |

Title: Re: Meet a new Clusterhead... Post by nani on Mar 9th, 2006, 2:43pm Oh, for goodness sake! Between you and Redd, I'm beginning to wonder if we are contagious. :-/ (God, I hope not, I'd make a lousy supporter.) Well, welcome again, Chris, and damn... I'm sorry. You two hang in there, and get another tank. :-/ Love to you all, nani |

Title: Re: Meet a new Clusterhead... Post by Gator on Mar 9th, 2006, 3:31pm Damn that sucks. At least he has someone who knows how to take care of him. And you know without a doubt that he understands your pain on a level no one else ever could. I wish both of you much pain free time and no simultaneous hits. |

Title: Re: Meet a new Clusterhead... Post by echo on Mar 9th, 2006, 5:06pm Tragic news! IMO. At least both of you will be able to relate to what the other is dealing with. Wish you could trade up to both of you having two left feet for swing dancing instead of the beast for a dance partner. Take care At least there's two of you to kick his ass! |

Title: Almost unbelieveable. Post by Richr8 on Mar 9th, 2006, 5:13pm Welcome Chris and condolences to both of you. All that I can think of saying at this time is, wow! I know that we all manage to get through whatever we are dealt, but that seems like a tough road to hoe. Hopefully your cycles are out of sync so that you can be there for each other when needed.
