Dr. Stein, a neurologist in Walnut Creek, California, on October 12, 1999, at the East Bay Headache Support Group mentioned there is a dr in Chicago who has said that the eyes of cluster headache sufferers tend to be hazel in color.

We all have eyes. Anybody else have hazel?

Dr. Stein is a butt breathing turtle. His information is about 3 decades out of date.

We also do not have square jaws or ruddy complexions.

And, I don't care what that other Bob says, wimmin DO get cluster headaches.

Oops, edited to say.....my eyes are blue. Both of them.

I was born with blue eyes but over the years they have went from blue, to grey, to now a dark green. I dont think the pigment of our eyes has anything to do with CH. Its just like the whole male/female thing. For some reason someone out there wants to sterio-type people with CH. For what gain, I dont know.

I AM A WOMAN!!! Wonder what that butt breathing turtle (it does just sorta roll off your tongue doesn't it) has to say about that one. Bob G.... didn't we have a poll on this about 5-6 years ago and disprove a LOT of OLD theories. Where the heck has this guy been???? [smiley=huh.gif] [smiley=huh.gif]

BTW - being a woman I guess it doesn't count, but my eyes are sorta green - blue - gray - whatever.... but definitely NOT hazel...

Adam's were blue when he was a baby, but I think they are grey or green now. I just don't know what the color of eyes has to do with a butt breathing turtle. Yea, ya'll are right. It does roll nicely.

My eyes are of a lovely blue color.

I have a somewhat leonine appearance, however the mane has dropped down to around the chin.

Mine were chocolate brown up until I was around 17, then they turned hazel.

Blue as blue gets - and my iris has a crystalline structure, which my eye doc said is actually pretty rare.

My eyes are my favorite thing about appearance!! :)

Are any of your cats deaf? I read something in this huge cat book over the weekend that says that blue eyes in cats are often associated with deafness! I was surprised!! I've also read that all kittens have blue eyes.

Tony had blue eyes when I got him, but now they're hazel...more tan-hazel than green-hazel, but definitely not blue anymore!

What breed are the cats? Aren't there breeds of cats that just have blue eyes if they're purebred?

Just curious if any of yours had hearing problems or if you've heard any of that stuff before!

Mine were hazel bloodshot with black circles around them untill I zoned out on lithium for 6 weeks and broke a 11 month cycle. Now their just hazel

lizzie......I have siamese......no deafness or anything with blues eyes in that breed. I did have a white cat years ago I gave a friend that had one blue eye and one gold eye and deaf. One of my cats is a lnyx siamese.....he is TOTALLY striped exactly like a tiger and looks like one. Ones a flame point (fire red color points)....one is a lilac point and one a blue point. I love me cats !!! No taco kitty here Pam 8)

According to the cluster survey on the left (where you'll find the numbers you are looking for) clusterheads have blue/hazel eyes at a level twice the national average.
