I just heard this on the radio. A woman bought her a motor Home. She wanted it so she could tail gate at the games. Well she was on her way to her first game in her brand new motor home. She was going down the interstate put it on cruse control going 70 miles a hour.
She got up went to the back to make her something to eat! ::) The motor home ran off the road flipped about 10 times, she lived, and sued the makers of the home, for not putting it in writing that you should not leave the driver seat when using cruse control. She won a million dollars and a Brand New motor home. :o

of coarse you cn't get up and make something to eat while driving? What did she think it had, autopilot?

The "winner" every year: In November, Mr. Grazinski purchased a brand new 32 foot Winnebago motor home. On his first trip home, having joined the freeway, he set the cruise control at 70 mph and calmly left the drivers seat to go into the back and make himself a cup of coffee. Not surprisingly, the Winnie left the freeway, crashed and overturned. Mr. Grazinski sued Winnebago for not advising him in the handbook that he could not actually do this. He was awarded $1,750,000 plus a new Winnebago

Amazing isn't it? The sad part is the Motor Home Company will put a notice on the dashboard...sigh some people are just palin stupid! [smiley=bash.gif] need to be bopped on the head to insert brains!!

U have got to be kidding me. I heard one about a crook who fell through the roof of the house he was robing and he sued. Not sure if that is true or not but if you can sue MCdonalds because YOU WERE DRINKING HOT COFFEE AND DRIVING YOUR CAR!!
