Title: Re: ZOLMITRIPTAN Post by Gator on Feb 28th, 2006, 1:18pm Zomig Nasal Spray rocked for me. It would knock out an attack in about 7 - 10 minutes. Some people report that they would remain attack free for 10 - 24 hours after using Zomig Nasal. Like everything else - YYMV! |

Title: Re: ZOLMITRIPTAN Post by wildhaus on Feb 28th, 2006, 1:48pm Zomig Nasal works for me very good 10-15 min. .......... but still O2 is better (if working for you)......... Zomig should be used only sperly first - big $, and second using to often will give you headaches...... Look under Astra Zeneca... they have the studies and reports (One should say they have never tested it for CH, that I know of) ......... I am using the 5mg (the 2.5) are not coverd by Ins. and have at all times 2 boxes of 6 and on me 2 at all times........and agin one portebel O2 tank.... better O2 then meds.!!!! Micahel |

Title: Re: ZOLMITRIPTAN Post by Karla on Feb 28th, 2006, 1:55pm I have used imitrex and zomig nasal spray. It kicks in about 6-15 min. as fast as a shot as far as I can see. So do you want to be poked with a needle or have some nasal drainage? The decision is yours. Personally I hate needles. I do a spray than drink a coke to wash out the drainage. Good luck in what ever route you choose. |
