in Milwaukee this year?

I will be for sure. I'm booking a room for Thursday through Sunday. I'll be by myself for Thursday and Friday, then my husband and 2 children will be staying with me for Saturday and Sunday.

Who else will be there? I am so stoked!!!

Sarah & I will be there Thursday through Saturday nights. Maybe a little longer depending on the visiting hours of my many relatives in the area.

Eric, Eric, Eric. I've had 7 children. I can handle this and it'll cost you a lot less than an OB/GYN would. Got lots of others who will be there who can assist me with bringing hot water too.

Well, it's not my weekend to work, but it is the tail end of my family's yearly vacation to the shore. :(

If I was there, I'd be yet another medical person to help with baby delivery....afterall, it's what I do for a living....well, not the ACTUAL delivery - more like the immediate stuff right after the baby pops out. ;;D

Hope it's a very fun time for all!!! :)

Well...I only pay $240 a semester because I sold my soul to Jefferson, but that's a different story entirely...

J/K my dad did everything he could and more for me and my education. :)

The first time I ever met you in person was after numerous months of talking to you online and it was in Atlanta that we finally got to meet.

I was scared to be flying off into the wild blue yonder and not knowing what to expect when I got there. Elaine met me at the airport and I was instantly at ease.

You were sitting at the bar with a mutual friend of ours, ( ;)) and I tapped you on the shoulder and said "buy me a drink sailor?" you whipped around on the bar stool almost drowning me in your hair and said...."ROAD WARRIOR" !!!!!!!!!!! Not that I have ever needed to have anyone buy me a drink but we sat there and had a beer anyway.

You also helped me when I got hit later that weekend and for that I will always be grateful.

For those who have never been to a convention and are scared about doing so....so were all of us at one time or another.

I wish that we could, but at some point the convention needs to get closer to the West Coast and I might be able to pull it off. Although, I think I finally got my husband so that he is not jealous of all you guys that I spent to many hours talking to. Think he felt threatened cause you all understand it better then he can. No matter how much he tries.

Husband is not working and I am pulling 50+ hour weeks, so having time off and extra money is not something that happens at the moment.

Bethy... I think the rule is that men owe 24 hours of fulltime baby time for every one hour of labor. That should be more than enough. Of course...you could always bring him... I'm sure you could find a few people who'd be willing to hold him and help out. ::)

Actually, my last flight was five hours from AZ to Boston, there was an 18 month old in the row in front of me that cried at times. But seeing that I had all the seats in my row and every hour this little person would laugh when I made faces, it made the fight one of the better long flights I have ever flew. I never said a word....just made faces and this little guy was laughing.
