The webpage outlining the OUCH 2006 Convention in Milwaukee, WI has been updated!

In a departure from past Conventions, educational sessions will be held on both Friday and Saturday.

OUCH is pleased to announce that Friday's speaker will be Dr. Todd Rozen, MD.

More details will be forthcoming soon!

Remember, it's not too early to plan your trip to the 2006 OUCH Convention, July will be here before you know it.

Online registration at the hotel will tell you those dates are not available. They ae holding a block of rooms for OUCH but you need to call them to make reservations.

Better hurry before the rooms are gone and you wind up another hotel!

just called, their puters are down for the moment. dammit, i'm a busy woman!! LOL [smiley=laugh.gif]

I just called and booked. They said the computers were never down. They had a note to tell you that, in hopes you would stay somewhere else. I don't want to start nothing of course. ;;D

Yep, but it appears the place is booked except the block of rooms they are holding for OUCH. When they are gone you'll have to sleep out in the cold Milwaukee snow!

I first said I wanted to book a room. Then they asked me for the dates & number of people, and I told them. THEN they asked if there was any group name, etc., and that's when I told them OUCH.

Perhaps you spoke with an ~~imbisal~~ moron who didn't know what they are doing? That seems to happen at every hotel booking for every convention I've gone to, LMAO

Yeah... the reservation office was already closed, so the desk person helped me. I mentioned OUCH (actually had to spell it twice for her, lol "Yes...ouch, like the boo-boo O - U - C - H") and she didn't see it on her computer. I'm not worried, I'll make sure I get the rate. At least I know I have a room. ;;D

You all should be able to register under the "OUCH" name.

And yes, you do need to phone in to get the special rate. They do have a toll free number. 1-800-247-6640

Nani, if you have a problem with your reservation let me know and I'll take care of it. :)
