Title: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by purpleydog on Feb 21st, 2006, 10:39pm After reading all the tag/ signature lines beneath all your posts, I gotta say that Melissa's is one of my favorites. "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional." - M. Kathleen Casey "Any fucking idiot could understand that." - Einstein, 1938 |

Title: Re: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by purpleydog on Feb 21st, 2006, 10:48pm I kinda like that one too. ;) Jimi has a good one: I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. |

Title: Re: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by Melissa on Feb 21st, 2006, 11:04pm I think it's in kissmyglass's tagline, and it's... "It does so fucking look like her!" - Picasso |

Title: Re: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by Lizzie2 on Feb 21st, 2006, 11:07pm One of my favorites, I think is in Echo's tagline....and I know I won't quote this just right, but I'm too tired to look it up!! "If you love something, let it go. If it returns, it was always yours. If it doesn't, hunt it down and shoot it." (Sorry for not getting that right...but you get the gist!) Always makes me smile. :) |

Title: Re: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by Gator on Feb 21st, 2006, 11:15pm I'm torn between these two: Some people are like Slinkies: They aren't really good for anything, but you can't help cracking a smile when you see them falling down the stairs. Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting..."Holy Sh*t....What a ride!" |

Yeah, that Don was always good at one-liners. Too bad he left. Wonder what happened to him. If he ever comes back, I just hope he doesn't come back under a different name because I've seen what happened to other people that tried that and it wasn't pretty. People will just chew him a new one!!! favorite tag line......"you're it" Bobw |

Title: Re: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by Sandy_C on Feb 22nd, 2006, 9:42am So many of you have such creative tag lines. I'm not poetic, creative, awe inspiring - I'm just me. But, I do really like Mel's "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional", Jimi's " I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.", and Nani't "Got Kudzu?" only because it looks so perfect under the picture she's posted. ;;D Sandy |

Title: Re: What's Your Favorite Tag Line? Post by stevegeebe on Feb 23rd, 2006, 9:24pm I once worked in what was considered a bit of a sweat shop of an Architectural firm. I did not seem much different to me than other firms I had worked for previously. Architects eat their young. Anyway, their was an old timer next to me, who, when told to speed it up by the boss, would mumble, "Hey, if you want it bad...you'll get it bad." It was never ment to be a wise-guy answer. It was the truth. He worked there until he retired. Must have been doing something right. Steve G |
